1. General By accessing or purchasing from www.jacbyshwoah.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. JAC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. JAC reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. JAC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Final sale items, including jewellery and perfume, are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photography, branding, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of JAC. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability JAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
